WHAT IS AN ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

When you take a puff of the the e-cigarette, the lithium ion rechargeable battery powers the atomizer. The atomizer then pulls the nicotine (or non-nicotine) liquid from the cartridge to produce the vapor. You'll be able to feel the vapor in your throat as you inhale/exhale and see the "smoke," offering the psychological benifits of smoking. If you choose cartridges or e-liquid that contains nicotine, you will also satisfy you physiological cravings.
CAN AN ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE HELP ME QUIT SMOKING?
There have been no studies on the success or failure rate of those who choose to quit smoking via electronic cigarettes; therefore, it is only being marketed as an alternative to smoking and not a cessation product at this time. This does not mean it is impossible to quit, and many users have reported preferring electronic cigarettes to tobacco cigarettes. It's the user who chooses to quit in the end, not the device, and remember you haven't truly conquered your addiction unless you're using a non-nicotine liquid.
WILL MY ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE TASTE LIKE MY TOBACCO CIGARETTES?
No, it will taste different in much the same way changing from one brand of cigarettes to another tastes funny at first. After a couple of days, most find they prefer the taste of thier e-cigarettes and make a hobby of trying different flavors of e-liquid.
The vapor is smokeless and relatively odorless, so technically you should be able. However, most people have never heard of electric cigarettes, and the vapor you exhale is a very convincing simulated smoke. CAN I SAVE MONEY BY USING AN ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE?
YES! You have the initial cost of the starter kit, and you will occasionally need to replace a failed battery or atomizer, but at $6 a pack for tobacco cigarettes ,your e-cigarette will pay for itself after just a few packs of regular cigarettes avoided. Plus you'll smell and feel better.
WHAT IS IN THE CARTRIDGE AND E-LIQUID?
Three main ingredients make up the liquid: Water, PG (Propylene Glycol), and most commonly Nicotine. There are also flavorings. I highly recommend selecting an e-liquid that does not contain nicotine, if you can manage without this highly addictive ingredient.
WHAT IS PROPYLENE GLYCOL?
Propylene Glycol is a commonly used compound. It is used in food coloring, as an additive to keep food, medicine, and cosmetics moist, and in machines that simulate smoke. PG provides the vapor that looks like smoke and to suspend flavor in e-cigarettes.
CAN ANYONE USE AN ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE?
No. Electronic cigarettes should never be used by anyone under the legal smoking age, pregnant, nursing, or thinking of becoming pregnant. t should also not be used by those who suffer from high blood pressure or heart disease.
Electric cigarettes have many advantages over tobacco cigarettes but this does not mean they are completely toxin-free, and anything that contains nicotine should be considered hazardous to your health.
